Meet Maev’s October Dog of the Month

This may come as a surprise, but there’s nothing we love more than celebrating dogs. So, each month we’re spotlighting a dog from our community. For the month of September, we’d like you to meet Max!

Tell us about your dog’s origin story (how they chose you, how you chose them, or how they got their name).

We knew we were ready for another dog again. That is when we met a Bernedoodle at the mall and knew this would be the breed for us. We just saw Max’s photo and a video the breeder sent us, and we knew it. We think Max also knew when we met him. We named him Max because he just looked like a Max. He is grateful we did not name him Potato. 😂

Squirrels, bunnies, or birds?

None of the above! He still wonders what they are and doesn’t know what to do with them.

What is your dog’s beige flag?

He thinks he is human and literally sleeps like one. He is a bed hog! He gets into our bed every morning at 4 a.m. and sleeps on his back between us. Head on the pillow and arms up!

He loves to give huggies, obsessed with bananas, cold weather, and tennis balls
