Subscriptions & Orders
Can I cancel an order?
You can always manage your upcoming orders before they've been placed. You can access the Maev Customer Portal at any point before your order has been placed to rush, delay, adjust, or skip the order. However, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.
We send upcoming order notifications 3 days prior to your order date. We require that all cancel or change requests occur at least 24 hours prior to order processing.
