Our 10 year old dog’s energy is up, coat is beautiful, breath has majorly improved, no more gas, and no more paw chewing/itching.

I was spending hundreds of dollars every month on allergy medicine, but with Maev I’ve been able to take my dog off her meds, and it’s unbelievable how good her skin and coat looks! It’s like she’s aged in reverse. And she’s 13.

Raw food can be such a mess and really time consuming. My dog loves this food and devours it. I feed it straight from the freezer, no defrosting needed. I couldn’t be happier with Maev.

I’ve been wanting to get my dogs on a raw diet but buying and storing all the ingredients was a bit overwhelming. Maev made it so easy and is more affordable than other brands. My dogs have been more energetic since switching.

We’ve been on a raw diet for years with our dog, Max. We’ve never seen anything like Maev, it’s incredible. Looks like human food and he loves it!
Eggshells are used in dog food primarily as a source of calcium. They are composed mostly of calcium carbonate, which can help meet the dietary calcium requirements of dogs. The eggshells are typically ground into a fine powder before being added to the food to ensure that they can be easily mixed in and consumed. This ingredient aims to supplement the mineral content of the dog food formula.Eggshells are used in dog food primarily as a source of calcium. Are Eggshells safe for dogs?
Benefits: None
Issues: Eggshells can be difficult for dogs to digest and may cause gastrointestinal upset. They also contain high levels of calcium, which can lead to hypercalcemia if consumed in excess.
Warnings: Avoid feeding your dog eggshells as they offer little nutritional value and can potentially harm your dog's health. Consult with a veterinarian before adding any new ingredients to your dog's diet.
Can Dogs Eat Raw Eggshells?
Dogs can eat raw eggshells as they are a natural source of calcium, which is beneficial for their bones and teeth. However, moderation is key, and it is essential to ensure that the eggshells are clean and properly crushed to avoid potential digestive issues or choking hazards. Like with any raw food element, there's also a consideration for potential bacterial contamination, such as salmonella, although this risk is relatively low if the eggshells are from a trusted source. Overall, incorporating crushed eggshells into a dog's diet can be beneficial, but it should be done wisely and as part of a balanced diet.Dogs can eat raw eggshells as they are a natural source of calcium, which is beneficial for their bones and teeth.
